Welcome to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. The Admissions and Registrar's Office is where it all begins. We will be the first office you meet to gain admission to the college and the last office you see as you graduate. We look forward to answering your questions and helping you reach your educational goals. Thank you for considering NEO A&M College for your educational needs.
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College has an “open admission policy that provides easy access to educational opportunities. This means while students are required to take the ACT and/or college placement test, there is no minimum score required for admission. Admission requirements are established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education
Admission to NEO is open to high school graduates or to any person whose high school class has graduated.
An application may be submitted the following ways:

An eleventh grade student enrolled in an accredited Oklahoma high school may be admitted provisionally as a special student by meeting the following requirements:
Students who are citizens of countries other than the United States and who completed their secondary education or its equivalent may be eligible for admission to NEO. Certain educational, financial, and immigration documents are required, as well as proof of minimum proficiency in English. Please contact the International Program Office at (918)540-6393 for more information.
Completed application, transcript(s), test scores and *immunization records should be sent to:
* Oklahoma state law requires verification of hepatitis B & MMR vaccinations for all students and meningococcal vaccination for students residing in campus housing. Please go towww.cdc.gov or call 1-800-232-2522 to obtain information concerning hepatist B & MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) and meningococcal disease.
